Accepting these terms
Installing or using Pixy means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
You must be an adult, or of the legal age of majority where you live, to hold an account.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself and for what happens under your account. If you invite a partner or carer into your family, they can see the records you share with them.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions and payments are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account on confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in. Refunds are the store's to give, under their own policies.
AI-generated content
Features that use AI — insights, stories, recipes — are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are offered for inspiration, not as instruction.
Use your own judgement, and check anything that matters. Ingredient safety and allergies are your call, not the model's.
Your data stays yours
The records you enter belong to you. We take no ownership of them, and we claim only the permission needed to store them, sync them to your devices and show them back to you inside the app.
What we do with them, and what we never do, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Using the app fairly
Please do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app, use it to store data about someone who has not agreed to it, or resell access to it.
Availability
We work to keep Pixy running, but we cannot promise it is available without interruption, and features may change or be retired as the app develops.
Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Liability
Pixy is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of the app's content — which, as above, is not medical advice.
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can end it at any time by deleting your account in Settings > Delete Account. We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page changes when they are, and material changes are announced in the app.
